苹果产业技术创新战略联盟是以国家苹果工程技术研究中心为依托，在山东省苹果产业技术创新战略联盟的基础上，联合国内苹果研究优势单位和产业优势企业组建而成。联盟以“引导产业发展、推动技术创新”为宗旨，以《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020）》为指导，坚持面向市场、平等自愿、优势互补、风险共担、利益共享的原则，促进产业共性技术的研发与应用，建立多样化、多层次的自主研发与开放合作并存的创新模式，构建行业产学研结合的技术创新体系，提升自主创新能力。探索建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研结合的产业技术创新机制；集成和共享技术创新资源，加强合作研发，突破苹果产业发展战略及共性、关键技术瓶颈，搭建联合攻关研发平台；开展技术辐射，培育苹果产业重大技术及产品创新的产业集群主体，使联盟成为国家技术创新体系的重要组成部分。联盟成员总数23个，其中高校3个、研究机构7个，企业13家。
Introduction of the Strategic Alliance for Apple Industrial Technology Innovation
The Strategic Alliance for Apple Industrial Technology Innovationis hosted by The National Research Center for Apple Engineering and Technology, based on the Shandong Strategic Alliance for Apple Industrial Technology Innovation, and co-founded by dominant research institutions and industrial companies in China. The Alliance is directed by 《National Outline for Medium- and Long-term Science and Technological Development Plan (2006-2020) 》, aims to guide the industry development and promote technology innovation, and follows the principle of market oriented, equal & voluntary, advantage complementary, risk sharing and revenue sharing. In order to promote the research and application of industrial technologies, the Alliance establishes diversified and multi-level innovation modes and constructs market-research-study combined technology innovation systems to upgrade the independent innovation ability. Through the efforts, the key industrial bottleneck problems are solved and industrial clusters with major technologies and product innovation are generated, making the Alliance important part of the national innovation system. The Alliance now consists of 23 members, including 3 high schools, 7 research institutions and 13 companies.
